Restricted Sciatica Nerve Disorder
Everyone has felt the pain and discomfort of a
pinched nerve in their back at sometime during their
life.
Radiating down your lower back,
into your behind, and down your legs, it can double you over
sometimes.
When you have this kind of pain, it is
usually caused by your sciatic nerve. Easily treatable
with hot and cold, it usually goes away on its own within a few
days or a week. But, when the pain doesn’t go away, what
do you do?
Call your doctor. They can help determine
if you have restricted sciatica nerve disorder. Although
there are many sources of body parts and injuries that can
cause this disorder, there are no sure fire ways to keep
yourself from suffering if you pinch this
nerve.
Your doctor will recommend heat
and cold packs on the nerve and will prescribe either muscle
relaxers, anti-inflamatories, pain relievers, or a combination
of all three. They might also refer you to a chiropractor
or a back specalist for further treatment. A chiropractor
will treat you through several methods that range from
acupuncture, to massage, to herbal remedies, to “popping” some
of the bones around the nerve to allow the pinched nerve some
relief. These treatments can be as often as daily or
bi-weekly, depending on the severity of your restricted
sciatica nerve disorder.
Just don’t let restricted sciatica nerve
disorder go untreated for too long. Left untreated, it
can cause problems with the nerve itself, your muscles, and
even your bowels. While there is no cure for this
problem, your doctor or chiropractor can help you to treat this
disorder and make life a little more comfortable for you.
So, if you are suffering from lower back pain that radiates
down into your legs, check with your doctor to make sure that
you don’t have restricted sciatica nerve disorder and if so,
make sure that you begin treatment before it gets worse.
